  1. It's mainly due to the slowing of gastric emptying, AFAIK. So it slows your guts down, and makes you feel fuller and less hungry. Also brings down your resting glucose and A1C.

  2. My curcumin has always helped me in one special and specific way: it controls my hidradenitis suppurativa. WHen I don't take curcumin, and I get into a cycle where I have boils everywhere-or like this last year where I have several constant boils in the same place-curcumin usually works like a charm. I added it back to my daily stack and like magic, my irritating boils that had been bugging me for 6 months straight disappeared.

  3. Nice updates guys. I am taking Tongkat and TUDCA twice daily in the morning and afternoon, and then I take Vitamin D, Vitamin K, and fish oil once daily with a meal. My stack is about as simple as it has ever been and I am feeling really good while taking it.

    Ran/walk/jogged/"shuffled" just over 2 miles today. Mile 1 was 15:28 and mile 2 was 14:47. Not bad for an old fat guy. Weight after running: 292.6, and since I know how to game the system as good as any weight watchers queen, that's the scale weight I'll use with my fat doc today. lol
