  7. That said, I consider it a standard for hiring companies/managers to not return contact with their candidates-at least in my experience. I think it is pathetic and absolutely problematic; as you say.

  9. I have pre-meetings for meetings, that's how much I adore meetings. In a world where email is ignored, 1 on 1 phone calls are a rarity and nobody wants to make a decision, meetings are the only way to get people synced up, unfortunately.

    My diet these days is: 3 or 4 eggs for breakfast Lunch is normally a stew, chili, or soup of some kind, so high protein, high vegetable content. I normally have 2 separate servings of this between 11 and 2P. This week, the macros are 30/40/14(C/P/F). I've been eating about 2 cups of cottage cheese per day as a snack, and having a fitcrunch bar most days. Dinner is a bit higher in carbs. Today we had breakfast bagel sandwiches with bacon and a fruit salad. While I'm not shoveling trash into my face, I am going over on kcals daily. Probably in the 3500kcal range. I swear I'm always hungry no matter what I eat. I never hit my protein range, because shoveling meat in my face nonstop is nauseating. I need to look into dropping the kcals, but not really sure what to sub in for whatever I sub out. I already subbed almonds out.
  17. Hmm. Interesting note about PF and squatting. FTR, I never had PF during my heavy squat days, but I have it now. Hurts like a motherfucker in the AM, and at the end of the day after lazing about.

  19. Shit-talking aside, if you just want some electrolytes, you know that shit tastes like monkeyballs. Nuun is a decent "water flavoring". Add some salt and it's a decent supplement.

  21. No, I have a sub-par arch, but once my back started to ache, I benched flat-flat. I gotta say, that was tough! No leg drive whatsoever. Horrible.
  22. I like Nuun water supplements, but I generally add salt to it, since I think it's sodium-free (which is stupid).
  23. I had actually dropped my ginger consumption, and only recently added that back in.
  24. I've been on berberine for a few months...it doesn't seem to help. I've added Niacin slow release, since I have some on-hand. Not sure improving lipids without improving diet is worth much of a shit, though.

Oh yeah, my back fucking hurts. I think it was the bench arch that did it, but by the time I was doing the extensions, I was getting spasms when getting off the bench. Hmm.
