Legs

Goblet Squats, Weighted Step Ups, Weighted Walking Lunges, GHR

Had to do a short leg day as work got in the way of my workout, dammit...and for some reason my left trap is on fire today.

Somebody once told me I needed to prioritize better because I put work before training. So I must ask you the same question:

Is the financial stability of you and your family REALLY more important than adding a possible micrometer to your quads?

Shoulders

Power HIIT, OHP to 200x1 PR (I am pretty sure), Lateral/Front Raises, External Rotations, Shrugs, Plate Raises

That OHP felts really good....seems like I've been trying to get two bills overhead forever.

Back & Bis

Deads, Landmine Rows, Bunch of cable biceps work

My gym has a couple of Kaiser machines that used compressed air to produce resistance on cables...they're really interesting....the movement feels a little like working against a band but it really hits the muscles in a very different way than traditional cable machinery. I am more sore and differently sore after using these machines for the same sort of movements.

Legs

Goblet Squats, Bulgarians, Step Ups, Walking Lunges, GHR

I did the whole workout today with a 25lb weight vest on...additional weight in the form of DB for the Goblets and KB for the BSS and Walking Lunges.

I'm pretty spent.

AAA Friday

Heavy Scott Curls, Cable Pullovers, Incline Cable Curls, Single Arm Pulldowns, Donkey Kong Curls

So I picked up 1/2" on the right and 3/4" on the left biceps over the month of many arm workouts. Pretty pleased with that.
