First day of IF which made HIIT that much more miserable...

AAA Friday

 

AB HIIT, Scott Curls, Cable Pullovers, OH Curls, French Curls, Concentration Curls, Ski Jumpers

 

Really enjoying the assault bike. I'm doing 15s on 45s rest x 5 with my peak output watts at ~1400 and my average ~650...have no idea if those output numbers are any good but I can't really sprint any harder than that....

HIIT is getting less physically draining. Hit ~1500 peak watts today.
