My right elbow was unhappy with me today....

Vacation was great but time to get back to work!

 

Legs

 

Squats, Bulgarians, Leg Machine Circuit.

 

I was pretty pleased that although I ate like crap on my week off, I do not appear to have gained any weight or waist circumference.

I tend to even lose weight when I go on vacation.
