But yea, crazy. I think they wanted someone who just wants to be a good tablet press operator for the rest of their life. As soon as I spoke of being eager to "become valuable to the company in another position when I finish my degree," their body language got sour. And when they called to tell me I didn't get the job, they said, "we want somebody that isn't worrying about other jobs more than their own." I didn't argue, but obviously they didn't take my statement the way I would think most of us would.

They told me not to lift over 20lbs for 48hrs so my smart ass did an upper body pump with the 10lb DBs at home. I actually caused minor soreness so I should post what I did.

I have been using a door frame chin bar for years and use it more than I ever used my Powertec setup.

GTG worked well for me with overhead press. I worked up to a strict 95kg overhead press and a 120kg push press. But it went away pretty quickly after I stopped, too.
