Spending 2 hours [outdoors] per week is associated with good wellbeing

Now obviously this has a huge correlation component as those in poor health won’t be outdoors as much in the first place. However, you can’t spend 2 hours outside without getting at least a little bit of sunlight, exercise, and mental stimulation. from new scenery.
